I received my BFA in Film & Animation, cum laude, from the Rochester Institute of Technology in 2020, with concentrations in 2D and Stop-Motion Animation.   • Board Member, Regional Tournament Director, Marketing Committee Member, Volunteer & Alumna at Destination Imagination
    Primarily Buffalo, NY; also Kansas City, MO and Knoxville, TN, US
    September 2013 - Present

    Participated in Destination Imagination’s world-wide creative problem-solving competition under the Fine Arts challenge category, working with a team to create sets, props, and costumes for skits, and advancing to State and Global competitions for three consecutive years. Currently continue participation as an Alumni Volunteer and as an Appraiser for the Regional, State, and Global competitions, in addition to running various booths and exhibitions. Assisting the program's growth and retention throughout the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Joined the NYDI Marketing Committee in fall of 2022, and was nominated to the NYDI Board of Trustees in February of 2024. Became Tournament Director for the NY Western Region in March 2025.

Served as a safety supervisor to ensure proper protocol was always followed when operating the shop machinery.

    Assist customers with fabric selection, sewing and embroidery projects, and machine troubleshooting. Maintain knowledge of previous and current sewing and embroidery machine makes and models (including Baby Lock, Bernina, Brother, Juki, and Janome), products, notions, and tools to ensure the best results in sewing and embroidery endeavors. Also serve as video production manager for special projects, executing the filming and editing for special events and other video needs. Additional duties include cashiering, ensuring store tidiness and inventory, maintaining store product stock, and assistance with setup for classes and special events.
